The LEGO Technic Mobile Crane MK II (42009-1) recreates a massive lifting machine with intricate functionality. This 2607-piece model, originally released in 2013, features advanced Power Functions that drive the extending outriggers, lower the support feet, and raise the main crane arm to an impressive height of 77cm. Builders activate the working winch to lower the hook, controlling precise movements. Its detailed V8 engine includes moving pistons, while an 8-wheel steering system allows realistic maneuverability. As a 2-in-1 build, the crane transforms into a robust container stacker and truck, also incorporating Power Functions for its extending and raising boom, offering diverse operational scenarios.
