The LEGO Mars Mission 7647-1 MX-41 Switch Fighter responds to alien attacks with its unique transformation. This vehicle converts from a 6-wheeled rolling ground vehicle to a rocket jet, showcasing a functional conversion mechanism. An astronaut minifigure takes the controls in the open cockpit, engaging the included glow-in-the-dark alien. The MX-41 also features spaces to transport aliens or store energy crystals, vital for mission success. The fighter model measures 33 cm (13 inches) wide and 23 cm (9 inches) long, providing a substantial presence. An alien attack vehicle, over 10 cm (4 inches) long, accompanies the set.
