The LEGO Technic 8428-1 Turbo Command Featuring CD-ROM Experience Expander from 1998 presents a striking red vehicle equipped with new alloy wheels and a functional V6 engine that moves during driving. Builders can adjust the seats for custom configuration within the cockpit. A specific Technic function allows the rear spoiler to be pressed down, transforming the car into a sportier mode for dynamic play. Beyond the primary model, the set includes instructions for an alternative buggy, also featuring a moving V6 engine, and both models are designed for motorization with the supplementary 8735 power set.
