The LEGO Bionicle Fero and Skirmix (8990-1) set transports collectors to the desert landscapes of Bara Magna, depicting the formidable 2009 hunter and his mount. Fero, a fierce hunter, rides his rock steed Skirmix in pursuit of Glatorian, intending to bring them back to the arena in Roxtus. Fero wields a spiked Thornax launcher, a dangerous long-range weapon in his quest. Skirmix adds to the threat with its savage jaws and a potent stinger tail, making evasive action a necessity for its prey. Both Fero and Skirmix feature fully articulated limbs, built using robust Technic ball joints and pin connections that enable dynamic posing for combat scenarios. An included Life Counter integrates the figures into the BIONICLE battle game. This imposing Skirmix model measures over 10 inches (25cm) tall, establishing a commanding presence.
