The LEGO Friends Koala Habitat & Care Centre (42701-1) depicts an animal rescue operation in the Australian wilderness. Minidolls Autumn, Zac, and Nova coordinate efforts to nurse four rescued koalas back to health within the facility. A small airplane transports the koalas to the care centre, where their health is monitored using a miniature scale before they rest in one of two treehouses, enjoying eucalyptus leaves. This 521-piece set contains various care accessories including beds for characters and animals, a computer with a printed tile, walkie-talkies, and cups. The two treehouses feature interlocking platforms, allowing for dynamic play setups as the koalas recover.
